• Pregnancy & Nursing: Do not use if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding, as certain botanical components can stimulate uterine contractions and promote blood flow. Consult your doctor first.

• Skin Sensitivities: Discontinue use immediately if irritation, redness, rash, or burning occurs. Avoid contact with open wounds, broken skin, or highly sensitive areas.

• Medical Conditions: Consult a physician before use if you have a medical condition, are taking prescription medications, or suffer from severe allergies.

• Safety: Bath may become slippery after use; exercise caution when exiting the tub. If the bath salt contains citrus, avoid direct sun/UV for up to 12 hours.

Use 2-4 tablespoons of the bath salt and put them into a disposable or reusable tea bag (a white organza bag works too) to avoid clogging your drain.
